Full mobilization and engagement of the Ethiopian knowledge Diaspora for optimal brain gain for Ethiopia’s sustainable development and prosperity of its people.

Mission

Support accelerated and sustainable development of the country by bridging the capacity gap in human resources and institutions and dedicated to:

• Coordinate productive interface and synergies between the Ethiopian knowledge Diaspora and all development forces in the country.
• Create enabling means that strengthen the capacity of institutions and professionals in the country for effective utilization of the knowledge Diaspora input.
• Facilitate and streamline systems and processes to foster enhanced skills and knowledge exchange, technology transfer and mobilization of related resources in identified priority areas.
